Has my order been sent yet ?
The expected dispatch timeframe for your order will be noted in your order confirmation .
Usually we send the order between 24-48 hours after your order confirmation.

You’ve sent me the wrong items
If you got the wrong items please send us an email and we will send you the a new item no exta charges.

Which methods of payments can I use?
At the moment there are 3 payments methods that you can use , PayPay ,EFT and online Payment.

Can I track my order ?
Once your order has left our warehouse, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email with expected delivery times and details of the carrier (including the tracking number if available).

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?
Delivery will take between 3-7 working place depend on the area of shipment.
